Service summary:
This service allows the healthcare professional to request a Good Standing Certificate for submission to the relevant authorities.
Required documents:
- Experience letter from a healthcare facility licensed by Sharjah Health Authority.
Conditions & Requirements:
- The professional must have current or previous SHA license to apply for Request Good Standing Certificate.
- The experience letter must contain medical director signature and healthcare facility stamp with the following statement: No disciplinary action taken against the applicant and the Act and has NOT committed any offence against the Act.
Service Process:
- Login to SHA portal.
- Fill the required information & upload the required documents.
- Pay the required fees based on the chosen application type.

- Good Standing Certificate.

- Normal Fee: 400 Dhs
- Urgent Fee: 750 Dhs.
Service duration:
- Urgent Application; 2 working days.
- Normal Application; 4 working days.

Frequently asked questions:
Applicant must hold a full-time license to request a Good Standing Certificate. Visiting/temporary license holders are eligible only if the license was renewed once or twice. Interns and trainees are not eligible for this service.
The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Professionals holding a previous canceled or expired license from Sharjah Health Authority may apply, provided that all other requirements are met.
